Daniel Coleman

Daniel has been involved in the Polyethylene Industry since the late 90’s. Having completed all the trades and working on the tools for a few years, Daniel moved into management roles and became heavily involved in servicing Major Projects across many business sectors – both within Australia and overseas. Daniel plays a key part in major projects – from the design process right through to installation and commissioning – all the while ensuring clients whole-of-life costs are kept to a minimum. Daniel is extremely well respected in the industry and our clients first port of call for solutions and advice. Daniel is a Director of Polylink and manages the business.

Joel Ettridge

Joel cut his teeth in the Power Generation business completing an Electrical and Instrumentation Apprenticeship. Since completing his apprenticeship Joel has gone on to successfully obtain his Electrical Contractor’s licence – allowing Polylink to incorporate licensed electrical componentry with projects. Joel’s personable and professional manner makes him an excellent role model and mentor for Polylink’s younger staff. Joel is a Director of Polylink and manages operations including the supervision of projects and maintaining our Quality and Safety Systems.

Christina Scott

Christina works in our Finance and Administration division and ensures our Creditor and Debtor accounts are kept up-to-date, allowing our supply chains to be perfectly seamless. The heart and soul of the company, Christina is also the friendly welcome on the other end of the phone when you call. Christina excels at keeping the office running well – servicing of vehicles, arranging staff medicals etc. Information systems are continually updated allowing all Polylink staff to be efficient and provide excellent service.

Fiona Southwood

There could be no truer words spoken then ‘as one door closes, another door opens’ when Fiona recently joined the team at Polylink. With an extensive background in Contracts, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Fiona has been involved in servicing Mining Clients all around the world. An unquestionable “good fit” and key team member, Fiona has bought a wealth of experience and knowledge to our organisation. With a ‘make it happen’ attitude, Fiona is our ‘essential link’ in coordinating a collaborative and focused approach between our sales & services team, ensuring we don’t just meet but exceed clients’ expectations every time.

Kerrin Coleman

Kerrin Coleman has an exceptional knowledge of the Gasket and Sealing Technology industries. What Kerrin doesn’t know about gaskets probably isn’t worth knowing! Kerrin has over a decade of experience in manufacturing speciality gaskets and servicing the local industry. She is also KEY in ensuring that our projects, large or small, have the correct gaskets to suit our piping systems – ensuring there are no costly leaks or break-downs in the future.

Reece Parton

Committed, passionate and devoted, Reece is the ‘Soldier’ of our service crew. A local member of the fire and rescue team in Harvey, Reece is an expert at handling tough situations and is a dedicated team leader and decision maker. Originally a carpenter by trade, Reece has undertaken an immense amount of training over the years and now boasts an impressive multifaceted curriculum. Practical and level headed, Reece attacks all problems head on – inspiring the work crew around him to do the same. Reece is the perfect candidate to have in your corner – ensuring a focused can-do approach every time.

Jayden Davis

Jayden comes from a mechanical background having successfully completed his apprenticeship in machining and fitting. Jayden’s previous work has seen him successfully complete tickets to operate telehandler, excavator, wheel loader, skid steer, non-slewing mobile crane, intermediate rigging, EWP, work at heights as well as working in confined spaces. Jayden enjoys seeing jobs of all sizes go from basic conception – through design and fabrication to the finished product. Jayden’s work is of the highest possible quality and he is a valued asset on every project he works on.

Jeremy Mason

Jeremy (aka Jez) is a boilermaker by trade and cut his teeth as an apprentice in a busy Bunbury based engineering workshop. Jeremy has the ability to make decisions on the run and think outside the square to ensure our client’s projects are completed on time, on budget, safely and to the highest standard every time. Because of this, Jeremy was recently awarded a prestigious safety award by Georgiou Group, during the construction of the Tianqui Lithium project in WA.
